The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) – our provincial regulatory body – has released a new mandatory Consumer Information Guide that must be provided to all clients, prior to entering into a representation agreement with a Realtor®. You can download and review it here! It is very helpful information for everyone to know and understand, and the best part – it is written in plain, easy to understand language!
After December 1, 2023, all Ontario Realtors are required to provide this booklet to their clients prior to representing them and signing any Agreements.
